As part of this process, a work meeting was held that brought together representatives of the companies that make up the Consortium, logistics operators, financial entities, public organizations, universities and institutions linked to foreign trade. The participation of all these sectors reflects the spirit with which Dock Sud Global was born: building a space for cooperation where each actor contributes their experience to enhance productive development.
During the meeting, progress was made on a strategy aimed at strengthening the internationalization of companies in the region, promoting greater articulation between the industry, the financial system, universities, the logistics sector and specialized organizations. The objective is to generate concrete tools that facilitate the access of SMEs to new markets and accompany their growth processes.
Among the participants were representatives of the companies that operate in the Port of Dock Sud, logistics operators, banks, productive institutions, the National Technological University (UTN) and the Customs Brokers Center of the Argentine Republic, consolidating a work network that will allow the development of joint actions to strengthen competitiveness regional.
The agenda also included the development of initiatives linked to training and education for the work of the future, promoting new skills in logistics, foreign trade, innovation and technology, in line with the transformations that port activity and international trade are going through.
This meeting represents one of the first steps of Dock Sud Global as a platform for institutional linkage. The construction of alliances between the public sector, the private sector, the scientific and academic system and specialized organizations constitutes one of the pillars of the project to generate more opportunities, promote new investments and consolidate the Dock Sud Port as an articulator of regional productive development.
